Our holiday home Villa Faro Durbuy offers you wellness and relaxation in the greenery of the Ardennes. The house has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that have been recently renovated. It can accommodate a maximum of 8 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, Nespresso, Senseo and filter coffee machine. The football table guarantees hours of fun for young and old. There are 2 sitting areas, each with a TV. There are standard drinking and eating pots in the holiday home. We can also provide a large bench  on request. We prefer that you bring your own dog pillow. Then the dog on holiday also has its familiar smell.

The dog can easily swim in the water of the Ourthe at the passerelle in Grandhan, about 3km from the holiday home.

The owners Fanny and Ronald give you a warm welcome

Fanny and Ronald, together FARO, are the proud owners of 2 beautiful holiday homes located in the heart of the Belgian Ardennes. Their border collie Nochy is the mascot of the houses.

It was love at first sight when they arrived in 2014 at Plateau du Soleil in Septon, an idyllic village 3km from the town of Durbuy. They immediately fell for the charm and unusual construction of Villa Faro Durbuy and the amazing views of the surrounding area. It has become a real dream spot for Fanny and Ronald, who have lost their hearts here.

They have renovated the villa over all these years with much love and care, but with respect for the original layout and elements. First, the fireplace in the living room and the kitchen were renovated to add modern comfort. Extra care was taken to preserve the wooden beams and stone walls that emphasise the villa's unique character. During the mandatory closure in the corona crisis, they made a virtue of necessity and renovated the entire ground floor from floor to ceiling. A year later, the terraces and pool were tackled to create a luxurious wellness environment with plenty of sun terraces.

Thus, it has become a fine holiday spot where their guests can enjoy not only the comfort and luxury of the villa, but also the beautiful nature the Ardennes has to offer.

In 2019, Fanny and Ronald had the opportunity to purchase another gem across the street. The cosy interior of Chalet Faro Durbuy in typical Ardennes style immediately appealed to them. Within a month, the chalet's garden was transformed into a wellness paradise with the construction of a heated swimming pool, a pool house with jacuzzi and, as a showpiece, a panoramic barrel sauna. Later, the fireplace and kitchen were also renovated.

It was a dream come true for Fanny and Ronald to own two beautiful holiday homes in this popular Belgian region. Their passion for hospitality and their love for this region are clearly felt in every aspect of these idyllic accommodations. They are proud of what they have achieved and are keen to share it with their guests. The 2 holiday homes is set in an oasis of peace and nature, making it the perfect base for those looking for relaxation and adventure. They are surrounded by beautiful forests and offer breathtaking views of the surroundings.
